Instructions for Online Quote Facility In order for us to process an online quote on your behalf we will need the following information: 1. Your details (simply fill in the required fields) 2. Digital Pictures of your property (see examples below)

REMEMBER TO STAND WELL BACK SO THAT WE CAN SEE THE WHOLE ASPECT (We will need pictures of all relevant elevations) The pictures are the most important thing for us to receive as it gives us an instant ‘feel’ for the property in so much as we can see visually what access equipment will be required and what the complexities of the property are. We may in some instances ask for you additional pictures or more information which we will do via telephone so please ensure that you leave a contact number. It is advisable to set your camera to VGA or Email quality as these produce smaller files and will download a lot quicker onto our Server

3. Some Basic Measurements/Instructions (see notes below) We need you to tell us what your requirements are. Don’t worry too much about being absolutely specific as we can always discuss your requirements over the phone. It would be very handy if you could give us some basic measurements such as width or length of the house. The house in the picture is very easy to measure because it is rectangular. Your house may not be so easy to measure but so long as you send some decent digital pictures we can normally scale the measurements of the property using specially designed software in our offices.
